Organizational crisis plans

• Crisis plan development or review- Consultation available to review organization practices and design a crisis plan that is tailored for your business and staff needs and to the range of possible crisis scenarios that could take place at your organization.

• Observation and Evaluation of Crisis simulations- Organizations may have crisis plans in place but this does little good if employees are inexperienced with the plans. Simulations can provide key stakeholders a chance to review, evaluate and modify plans. Outside observation can provide an unbiased perspective to enhance the quality of the plans.

• Post crisis recovery- Crises may create a range of challenges that are difficult to cope with for the organization and employees. Training workshops are available in the areas of stress management, post-traumatic stress, resilience, and conflict management.

Supervision

Licensed social workers seeking supervision to qualify for the Licensed clinical social worker exam in Pennsylvania. I have experience in areas of crisis, trauma, mental health, and have worked with adolescents, families and adults.
